Galmiz, 24 June 2013, OnDemand Management GmbH extends the project management contract with an international provider of security solutions. The extension shall last until September 2013. Under the terms of the agreement OnDemand Management leads an international restructuring project with up to 55 sub-projects and ensures that the defined objectives are achieved. OnDemand Management reports directly to the responsible segment manager.

Galmiz, 14 January 2013, OnDemand Management GmbH signs a project management contract with an international provider of telecommunications solutions. Under the terms of the contract OnDemand Management manages a project with the aim of shutting down the IT of a divested entity along with the outsourcing provider.

Galmiz, 30 May 2012, OnDemand Management GmbH extends the interim mandate signed in January 2011 as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of an international telecom provider for another 6 months (until end 2012). Under the terms of the contract OnDemand Management will continue the same activities as before, with an emphasis on centralization / harmonization and cost reduction. OnDemand management reports directly to the responsible segment manager. The contract is concluded for a period of 12 months.

Galmiz 5 april 2011OnDemand Management LLC receives an extension the the contract concluded on 13 September 2010 for the provision of ERP services. After the first implementation of the ERP system, the roll-out of the ERP solution shall be supported on an ongoing base. In addition the evaluation of the production planning system shall continue. The latter was delayed because of other priorities. The extension was granted until end of September 2011.

Galmiz 31 january 2011OnDemand Management LLC receives an interim management mandate as a Chief Information Officer (CIO) of a Swiss company. Under the terms of the contract OnDemand Management takes the following responsibilities:

  • Continue to harmonization the IT platforms
  • Optimize the use of existing IT resources
  • Evaluate further outsourcing potential
  • Increase the ICT security awarness of employees
  • Procurement of ICT hardware, software and services, optimize collaboration with the Supply Chain Management
  • Increase the cost/benefit ratio of the provided ICT services

OnDemand Management reports directly to the CEO. The contract was concluded for a period of 12 months.

Galmiz 13 september 2010OnDemand Management LLC was awarded with the restructuring of an ERP project within a division of a multinational company in Sweden. Under the terms of the contract OnDemand Management LLC, takes the following responsibilities:

  • Support the current ERP project with the aim to get it back on track to and ensure a go-live on 1 January 2011.
  • Restructuring of the project reporting
  • Support the IT manager in the evaluation of the new ERP partner as well as the planning for the subsequent roll-out of the ERP solution
  • Support the IT manager in the evaluation of a new production planning system in Sweden
  • Support the IT manager in the evaluation of a possible IT outsourcing

OnDemand Management reports directly to the Division General Manager. The contract was concluded for a period of 6 months and is renewable.

Galmiz 13 April 2010OnDemand Management GmbH offers a new open source based project tracking software tailored to meet the needs of senior management.
The tracking software is web based, revision-proof and offers the possibility of tracking the status of various company-wide restructuring or other projects. The software also provides the opportunity to store and manage all related documentation centrally.
The software has been successfully put into operation at a Swiss company for tracking the findings from internal audits.
Despite the controlling nature of the software it still finds a very high acceptance by the concerned legal entities after being in operation for six months.

Under the terms of the contract OnDemand Management is responsible for coordinating all IT topics of the three divisions of the group as a Corp. IT executive.
The contract lasts until the end of December 2010.

Galmiz, 30. October 2009,  OnDemand Management LLC receives an extension of the Interim Management contract from a Swiss based multinational group dated February 2009. Under the terms of the contract OnDemand Management is responsible for
coordinating all IT topics of the three divisions as a Corp. IT executive.
the setup and implementation of a new IT policy, including harmonisation of the IT platforms.
monitoring of the IT part of an acquisition project (compliance with IT policy.)
support in contract management of the acquisition project.
the implementation of a centralised system for monitoring all findings from internal audits and for monitoring the implementation of all such findings.The contract lasts until the end of March 2010.

Galmiz, 4. October 2009OnDemand Management LLC receives another 12-month extension of the contract concluded on 5 October 2007 with a Swiss telecommunications company. Under the terms of the contract OnDemand Management assumes responsibility for

  • the completion of various restructuring projects.
  • the introduction of standardised competence regulations across the division.
  • the introduction and completion of a transfer pricing concept by end of 2009.

The contract lasts until the end of September 2010.

Galmiz, 18 March 2009,  OnDemand Management LLC. receives another six-month extension of the contract concluded on 5 October 2007 with a listed Swiss telecommunications company. The restructuring process was carried out successfully and according to schedule. Over one hundred employees have been working with a new process manual since 1 November 2008. The process restructuring will continue to be implemented under the new contract. In addition,

  • based on a McKinsey analysis, a division will be prepared for a possible slump in orders related to the current economic situation.
  • a small unprofitable business unit will be divested.
  • an unprofitable foreign branch will be restructured.
  • a mid-size acquisition in the U.S. will be finalised.
  • a major supplier will be supported during its own restructuring.

The contract lasts until the end of September 2009.

Galmiz, 9. February 2009OnDemand Management LLC receives an Interim Management contract from a Swiss based multinational Group. Under the terms of the contract OnDemand Management executes clearly defined coordination tasks in the area of Information Technology (IT):

  • Check compliance with the existing IT Security Policy, and initiate and execute corrective measures.
  • Introduce a Business Continuity Policy and ensure the availability of business continuity plans across the enterprise.

The contract lasts until the end of September 2009.

Galmiz, 28 September 2008, OnDemand Management LLC. receives another six-month extension of the contract concluded on 5 October 2007 with a listed Swiss telecommunications company.
Under the terms of the new contract, the current process restructuring will be completed according to schedule in October, with a training course for over one hundred employees and its subsequent implementation. In addition, various smaller, result-improving restructuring operations will be carried out at home and abroad.

Galmiz, 27 March 2008, OnDemand Management LLC. receives a 6-month extension of the contract concluded on 5 October 2007 with a stock market listed Swiss telecommunications company. The largest restructuring project in the client’s company history was carried out successfully and according to schedule at the end of March 2008. In parallel to this, OnDemand Management successfully effected a company acquisition in the UK for the client under extraordinary time pressure. The contract extension primarily includes controlling that the further restructuring tasks go to plan and to implement a substantial process re-organisation in one of two company divisions. The assignment of this task is further proof of the great deal of trust put in our company.

Galmiz, 19 March 2008, OnDemand Management Ltd. receives a 2-month extension of the contract concluded on 28 September 2007 for the successfully effected migration of the IT platform of the Swiss subsidiary of an American technology group. The aim of the contract extension is to prepare the forthcoming IT audit and to support the CFO in a few pending issues regarding the IT migration.

Galmiz, 5 October 2007, a listed Swiss telecommunication company entrusts OnDemand Management LLC. with the management of the largest and most important restructuring programme in the client’s company history. The task involves detailed verification and worldwide implementation of the restructuring under the auspices of the Group management. The concluded contract runs for 6 months.

Galmiz, 28 September 2007, a Swiss subsidiary of an American technology group entrusts OnDemand Management LLC. with the management of the migration of the entire IT infrastructure from one outsourcing partner to a new outsourcing partner. This contract runs for six months and involves the tender for the project, the detailed evaluation including proposals to management and managing the migration implementation.
